Shoulder Pain Patterns (Simple Guide)

* ❗Don't just treat where it hurts. Find the source.
**A. Bursitis**
* Pain on the top of the shoulder.
**B. SLAP Tear**
* Deep shoulder pain.
* May feel clicking or catching.
**C. Rotator Cuff Tear / Frozen Shoulder**
* Shoulder pain with weakness.
* Difficulty lifting the arm.
**D. Tendonitis / Impingement**
* Pain spreads down the upper arm.
**E. Collarbone Injury**
* Pain over the collarbone.
**F. Nerve Pain (from neck)**
* Pain starts in the neck and shoots down the arm.
**G. SC Joint Injury**
* Pain where the neck meets the shoulder.
**H. AC Joint Injury**
* Pain at the front top of the shoulder.
**I. Supraspinatus Tendonitis**
* Pain on the outer side of the shoulder.
