Do you know the difference between normal black garlic and aged black garlic extract?
Normal Black garlic is simply fermented regular garlic. The process that turns garlic cloves dark, changes their consistency into that of jelly and gives them a sweet taste, but active compounds are low and NOT stable.
Whereas our Aged Black Garlic Extract is not just fermented black garlic, it has SAC (S-Allyl Cysteine), a stable and potent antioxidant converted from Allicin (found in raw garlic). SAC is more bio-viable and has excellent absorption compared to Allicin.
Only 1 small capsule is needed per day versus taking several garlic bulbs per day.
