Job Title: Male Personal Assistant to CEO (Entertainment & Events)

About the RoleWe are seeking a capable and presentable Male Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic entertainment company. This role offers direct exposure to high-level operations and the opportunity to be involved in the planning and ex*****on of entertainment events across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum personal and executive support to the CEO

Coordinate and assist in the organisation of entertainment events, pageants, and regional productions

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements across multiple countries

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Accompany the CEO for meetings, events, and business trips when required

Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism

Assist with administrative duties, correspondence, and documentation

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate the CEO’s needs proactively

Requirements

Male candidate, well-groomed and presentable

Based in Singapore or willing to relocate

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of discretion and professionalism

Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia

Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends when required

Interest or experience in entertainment, events, or media industries is an advantage
