Using your fingertips or knuckles, glide from the centre of the chin along the jawline towards the ears. Repeat several times with controlled, comfortable pressure.

04 | CHEEKBONES
From beside the nose, sweep upward and outward across the cheeks towards the temples. Think lift, glide and release rather than applying excessive pressure.

05 | EYE CONTOUR
