Why do semi-illiterate people always have a loud voice in community gatherings?

The question that beg answers, But there are 3 reasons why sometimes people who have low education confidence come across as loud in community/political spaces:

1. Volume replaces vocabulary:

When someone doesn't have all the facts, data, or formal words, they may use tone and volume to make their point feel strong.

2. Fear of being ignored.

In meetings, people worry that if they speak softly they'll be talked over. So they go loud early to claim space. This happens a lot in community politics where "who speaks loudest" gets heard first.

3. Different communication culture.

Some communities value passionate, loud debate as a sign of honesty and commitment.

For CCA politics, When we attack personalities instead of ideas, the whole community will perish..🤐
