Q4 starts NOW.
I’m challenging myself to ONE MILE every single day while still showing up for my regular workouts. No waiting until January.
No “I’ll start Monday.” We’re finishing 2026 stronger than we started it.
Day 1/?? Who’s locking in with me?

Real Talk 🎙️

Trying to balance studying, work, family, the gym, and LIFE? Whew. 😮‍💨

Some days I’m locked in and checking everything off my list. Other days, I’m just trying to make it through without feeling like I’m falling behind.

I’m learning that balance doesn’t mean giving 100% to everything every single day. Sometimes studying gets more of me. Sometimes my family needs more of me. Sometimes I need to choose ME and rest.

The goal isn’t perfection—it’s consistency. Keep showing up, even when showing up looks different from day to day. 🤎

To anybody chasing a degree, certification, or a bigger goal while still handling real life…keep going. We’re going to get there. 📚✨

The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. 👏🏾🔥

Same body, different body fat %. Less fat, more definition, more strength, and still keeping the curves. 🍑💪🏾

This is why I’m learning to focus on body composition, not just body weight. The goal isn’t just to get smaller—it’s to get stronger, leaner, and feel GOOD in my body.

Progress > perfection. 🤎

And he gets down 😂🤭

When I do … I do it well 😘

We’re not washing it again - we’re making it work. Midweek refresh for the win.
