A city located north if Bangkok is a UNESCO World Heritage site and should not be missed on your travels to Thailand. Day trips are possible if you are tight on time, however to get a real feel for this beautiful city I recommend 2 to 3 days 🥰

This quote rings especially true during a time like this. Many of us are finding ourselves with an abundance of time and we are spending a lot of that time on social media. Where everybody is posting the best & happiest parts of their lives & it is easy to get caught up thinking "I wish I was like her/him/them" "their so lucky" "they have everything" "hoe can I be like them" "I wish I travelled more" "I wish I looked that good in photos" etc... you don't know what is going on behind the camera. We are only allowed snapshot of each others lives and it makes it easy to compare.
But it's important to remember what YOU have to be thankful for. What YOU are blessed with, what YOU have done/can do/will do...
We all have the time, so take a few minutes, find a pen and paper, yes a pen & paper, not a notes app on your phone.
Now I want you to write just 3 things. It can be what you are grateful for in your life, it can be things you feel lucky to have done/accomplished, it can be your strengths/skill. It just needs to be 3 positive things in/about your life.
Take it a step further and you can use this as a daily mantra for yourself, where you read this paper aloud to yourself each morning. Take it one step further and do this each day. Find 3 positive things in your life and write them down. Keep them together and go through them at the end of a month/year/ or just whenever you are feeling down & need a little positivity
R E M E M B E R, you have many good things in your life, you just need to remind yourself some days
