Fibrozis tekniği ile microbladingin kalıcılığı birçok farklı faktöre bağlı olmakla birlikte normal şartlarda 6 ay ile 1 yıl arası sürdüğü söylenebilir çünkü fibroz yöntemi ile oluşturulan çizgiler diğer yöntemlere göre daha az derindir ve sonuç olarak , dayanıklılıkları da azdır.Microblading'in olumlu özelliklerinden biri de bu yöntemin yarı kalıcı olmasıdır.
