My starts another challenge tomorrow, Aug 8th, with a fruit break fast challenge. We'll be having fruits(only) for breakfast for two weeks with the goal of feeling like money when we're finished 😉. Coupled with 2 litres of water per day, reduced [processed/added sugar) and generally healthier food options we'll be one step closer to our full detox in November.

I've created monsters alyuh...the little one wont be satisfied unless we burn a layer of skin in this heat and the big one is on this exercise craze, something about it being good for the body and keeping the heart healthy...I think...i dont really process anything said to me before 8:00am when im on vacation.

Anyhoo, after a long pause it really did feel good to get moving again. Will I admit that ever? Probably not... but we'll definitely be doing something again soon, thinking south this time. If anyone knows of any nice outdoor locations in south, please let me know, i'd really appreciate it....also, are there ANY nice beaches in south???

Ever feel like you just need to disconnect for a bit? As helpful as it is i'm really not comfortable on social media...and I can hear some of you now, "but she does post everything" lollll no, i dont, not even close.

I post what I choose to share and second guess EVERY SINGLE THING!

My mind looks a lot like this most days ... would they think im showing off??am I over sharing??am I underselling??why isnt anyone engaging?? Did I offend them? Am I saying the right things??? Im posting but where are the bookings??? Am I good enough??? Maybe im trying to be TOO different...
It could be a lot!!! so ever so often I need to take a break. Not only for my mental health.. it's also time wasting and is a LOT addictive whether I want to admit it or not.

Nowadays I find myself equating likes with the the success of my business...that's not healthy. Then the comparison bug bites and I KNOW I gone through lolll.

My bella detox whatsapp group will remain active with a new challenge starting next week but I wont be responding to social media messages until April...cuz well...i wont see them. Hair bookings can also be made via whatsapp (783-8148).

My away time will consist of a LOT of prayer, hearing from God, buikding in silence and much needed learning from people who know more than I do😁

I never wanted to build a brand that's built by society standards. Society will say I need to stay active on d gram, God will say I need to shut down and hear from Him!!

I never expected or to look like anything else out here, the more im distracted, the more I forget that.

I'll leave you for a few weeks with these pics i've taken over the past year as a reminder to trust the process yet I leave it with a warning to avoid comparison, my journey isnt yours, yours isnt mine...e.g my sister's hair grows an inch every time she sneezes...me???
