It's best if the client does not talk much during a body cavitation treatment, especially if you're treating the abdomen or areas near the rib cage.
Here's why:
Talking causes the abdominal and chest muscles to contract and relax, which can make it harder to keep consistent contact between the cavitation handpiece and the skin.
Movement can reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and make it more difficult for you to maintain the proper technique.
Some clients may notice the characteristic high-pitched ringing in their ears more when they speak during the treatment, although this is a normal effect of ultrasonic cavitation.
It's fine if the client needs to ask a question or respond briefly, but encourage them to stay as still and relaxed as possible.
A simple instruction you can give clients is:
"For the best results, please try to remain still and limit talking during the treatment. If you need anything or feel uncomfortable, just let me know."
This helps ensure a safer, more effective session.
