A blind taste test …
Kiarra is a peanut butter nut. 🥜
She’s putting her peanut butter loyalty to the ultimate test: a BLIND taste test.

—> Stay tuned! —> We’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, and we have just the right day finally.

This has nothing to do with the spa, rather just how fun we can be on the sidelines.
AND we should take bets on her confidence …
Kiarra Stuck

Thursday, Ranch Girl Gems will be doing a lovely giveaway at our Falloween event. Something special for anyone - as a gift or for themselves. **Plus some other fun things Jenna has planned! 4-6pm
❤️🩵💜💛🤍

World Mental Health Day may have passed, but the importance of caring for ourselves doesn’t end with a date on the calendar. 🤍

Kiarra, Cassidy, and Alyson were all present for the AFSP walk last month. Doing what they love, with their friends and family.

At Appoise, self-care is something we believe in every day. Sometimes it’s an hour to yourself, a quiet moment to recharge, or simply allowing someone else to take care of you for a change. 💙🩵
