Just a friendly reminder that I have a strict cancellation policy. My time is valuable, as time is money for me.

Scheduling an appointment with me is like buying tickets to an event. If you miss the event, it doesn't matter if you missed it, or even if it was your first time, you can't turn in your tickets for a refund.

Having a cancellation truly does negatively effect me. I only have the capacity to see so many clients per day. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide me with a 24 hour notice so that I can offer your scheduled spot to someone else.

All cancellations made under 24 hours and/or on the day of your scheduled appointment, a full session fee will occur.

Please be kind and respectful of our time. Those who refuse to pay the cancellation policy fees will not be rebooked.
