Over 10 years ago, I personally experienced hair loss and was able to reverse it through my holistic treatment and AYURS products that I had just formulated.

Last year, I went through a divorce while in medical school, launching a new product collection, building a new business, and expanding my brand all at the same time. The emotional stress, physical exhaustion, hormonal shifts, lack of rest, and pressure eventually showed up in my body and then in my hair...That's !

As a and , I immediately recognized what was happening, my hair began to shed & start thinning from stress and I decided to put myself (back) into treatment & Jasmine (our stylist) put my hair in .

I allowed myself to become the patient again. while I focused on healing from the inside out... physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

During that hard season, I created the A'Daora Hair Loss Group because I realized so many were silently suffering, ashamed, isolated, and emotionally overwhelmed with this trauma. I wanted to create a where people could start healing.

As a Doctor, I believe matters. I believe revealing my own truth helps break the stigma that says professionals, healers, or strong women are somehow exempt from the struggle & esp. relating but we are NOT.

Hair loss can happen to anyone and if I can stand in my truth openly, then maybe someone else will finally feel seen, understood, and encouraged enough to keep fighting too.
