If you know me you know natural is the way I like to do things if I can and here’s one of my favorite ways for hair growth 💆🏻‍♀️

✨the black seed castro oil and the rosemary oil need to be 100% for true results

✨derma rolling made a huge difference once I incorporated that into my routine as well I stopped getting as much itching, sensitivity, and breakouts (hair was getting trapped under the skin and becoming like an ingrown hair) helps open up those pores to let that new hair grow in with less of a fight

✨stay constant with your cuts , your hair will not grow if you have any breakage or damage it will just continue to break

✨zenagen evolve has been a game changer for my scalp giving your hair a healthy environment to encourage that growth (the evolve specifically is for length)

✨tip: I use hair masks as conditioner instead 🫣 it has kept my ends stronger and has gotten me to go a little longer between cuts… but on that note I never skip a cut when we do my highlights every 4-5 months

also I have more of a greasy hair type so I do a clarifier pretty regularly as well as the scalp treatment from nutrafol
