Veronica is currently out on medical leave, and while we miss having her in the shop, we want our clients to know they are still in great hands.

When you show me a picture, I’m not just looking at the finished hair. I’m looking at the tone, placement, brightness, dimension, haircut, styling, lighting, and how close your current hair is to that goal.

Your final result depends on your starting color, previous color history, hair texture, density, condition, budget and how many sessions it may realistically take.

The best results happen when we use inspiration photos to create a plan that works for your hair — not just copy someone else’s. ❤️

Well… this feels pretty surreal. 🥹

My VoyageATL interview is live, and seeing my story written out like this honestly hit me in the heart.

Between the Shears has been built through so many seasons — starting over, taking risks, learning the hard lessons, growing through the messy parts, and somehow still believing that something beautiful was waiting on the other side.

This salon and barbershop is more than a business to me. It’s proof that you can lose a lot, rebuild from scratch, and still create something full of life, laughter, community, and really good hair. ✂️✨
