Hello! We have had such an incredible amount of interest in our gym (Ada Valley CrossFit) with our move to Ada, I wanted to take a moment to personally say “thank you” and introduce myself!

First and foremost, THANK YOU for all of your support, encouragement, and kind words over the past few months! I am so grateful to be a part of such an amazing community! I cannot wait to serve all of you by bringing our gym to its forever home in Ada and helping with your fitness and wellness!

A little about me! Hi! I am Mariah Nieto and I am the owner of Ada Valley CrossFit. I was born and raised in Alto! I am a Lowell Alumni (‘11) and I have a Masters Degree in Public Administration from GVSU (‘18). My husband Pj and I live in Clarksville and have two wonderful babies (2.5 years and 11 months).
A bit about my fitness background - I am a 20 Time World Champion Martial Artist. I found CrossFit when retired from my professional martial arts career and I fell in love with CrossFit for two reasons:
1️⃣ because it not only was a great workout, but from day one I felt like I was at home when I stepped into the gym. I was welcomed with overwhelming kindness and support and gained a whole new family in the process! That is what Ada Valley CrossFit is - we are a community, friends, and family all working together to better ourselves through fitness! I have worked incredibly hard to create and maintain not only a premier fitness gym where ALL fitness levels can thrive, but also a place for everyone to call home.
2️⃣ Because it truly is for EVERYONE! I have done CrossFit consistently through two major arm surgeries, two pregnancies, two c-sections, and postpartum. Every movement and workout can be tailored to meet you where you are and fit your goals and needs!
