This past week we celebrated Jared’s birthday 🎂 Babysat my mom’s dog 🐶 Dance for all 3 girls Friday and Saturday as a prep for their first competition coming up at the end of the month 💃🏻 Final winter volleyball tournament on Saturday 🏐 Ari also had a basketball game Saturday that they won both games 🏀 Today has been an all around good day! Church started us off right, I went to a THREE presentation (I will be hosting one next week), Neela had basketball practice and I was able to make TWO meals today AND play cards with the family, clean and actually enjoy being at home 🤗

Our winter break has been lovely so far! 🥰 To kick it off Valia and Lexie danced at the halftimes of the varsity games 🩰 All three of our Christmas’ were last week 🎄🎅🏼 Jared and I had a day date 🩵 Ari cashed in his date coupon (from last Christmas 🫣) to go see Sonic 3. The kids had some quality cousin time crafting and building a gingerbread barn and chicken coop 🐴 🐓 🐖 🐮

We made it through this past week 👏🏼 As I knew we would…..it was just getting through it! Jared and I decided to have a romantic anniversary date picking out a new bed which consisted of closing down Homemakers. We were legit the last customers in there—we’ve aged the past few years 🤣👴🏻👵🏼 Jared had his surgery (surgery went well and he is recovering at home ❤️‍🩹) and yes, shaved off all of his facial hair before surgery. Our kids didn’t know he shaved it off before we left for the hospital 😬 so to their surprise upon coming home after school, Neela thought I married someone new in the 36 hours we were gone 😳🤪 Friday night we were able to watch TWO movies together. Saturday was a pretty chill day….I forgot what not having every minute of my day felt like! 😌 Today 🏐 practice, choir concert in Atlantic and our church had an indoor caroling at the community center where we sang some more 🎼

Lex had her winter concert last week 🎶 Valia had basketball 🏀 Saturday was our five year anniversary 🥂, volleyball 🏐, shotgun hunting for the boys 🦌 and work.
