🍁Thankful for you Giveaway🍁

I have last minute availability this week on Monday and Wednesday. Add on a foot spa or 30-60 minutes in the wellness room to your massage and $15 off your service - this is just for Monday 9/21 and Wednesday 9/23.

Anytime I read an intake form that says “no foot massage,” I internally cry a little. 😂

Our feet literally carry us through our entire day, so they deserve some love! Even simple compression over the sheet or through your socks can feel amazing and be beneficial.

And honestly, you really can’t beat a good foot massage. 🦶✨

Leg pain? Foot massage.
Hip issues? Foot massage.
Low back pain? Foot massage.
Neck pain? Yep… foot massage.

Sometimes the area that hurts isn’t the only place that needs attention. Your whole body is connected. 🌿

Summer scrub special is watermelon mint and it smells amazing 🌿☀️🍉

I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer so far! ☀️
As most of you know, I have a lot of kids. 😂 With all four of them starting sports this fall, my afternoons will quickly fill up with school pick-ups and sports practices. That means it's time for a small schedule adjustment so I can be there for them while still taking care of all of you.

Starting this fall, my appointment hours will be: 🍃 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM 🍃 One weekend day each week: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

I am so incredibly thankful for how busy my schedule has become and for every one of you who trusts me with your care. My hope is that those of you who typically book late afternoon appointments will be able to transition to my weekend availability.

If those times don't work for you, you're still in great hands! My office mates at Embrace Kindness Bodywork and Mystic Owl Massage offer afternoon appointments and would be happy to help.

Thank you all for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support. Being able to balance caring for my family while continuing to do the work I love means more than you know. 💚

🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈

At Restorative Massage Therapy, everyone is welcome, respected, and deserving of a safe space to rest, heal, and be themselves.

This month we celebrate love, authenticity, and the beautiful diversity of our community. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

You are welcome here. Always. 🏳️‍🌈✨

Happy Saturday! ☀️

Summer is right around the corner, and my schedule fills up quickly this time of year. Weekend appointments will be limited, so be sure to book ahead!

It's much easier to cancel or reschedule than it is to grab a last-minute spot. 🌿✨

A little piece of spring 🌸✨
Flower + salt foot soak made with flowers from my garden and stones collected along the Oregon coast. A soft, grounding ritual for tired feet and busy minds. 🌿🌊🫧

A reminder to myself that this is my business, and I’m allowed to create a practice that feels aligned, safe, and sustainable for me 🌿

Moving forward, restorative massage therapy at the PNW Collective will be a women-centered practice, and I will no longer be accepting new male clients.

Thank you for supporting this space and the direction it’s growing in 🤎✨
