From Two Hearts Bodywork 🙂 don’t let the engine lights go off before it’s too late. Check in. Genuinely ask yourself, what does my body feel it needs today?

It’s okay to just take a moment. Not every day has to be 100. Some days will feel like 10 percent, others 85… point is, take the 10 percent and do what you need to do to nourish yourself. It’s okay :)

With love,
Aurora Sky ❤️

Let’s talk referral patterns, ever wonder why you foot hurts because of low back pain? Or vice verse? It’s because the human nervous system uses nerves to conduct electrical signals from the brain to your muscles. So often times, pain doesn’t always originate from where you feel it, it could be coming from some place else. Now how do we tie this into massage terms, massage therapist will go after a “knot” a “trigger point” “fascia”. While there is some evidence to show manipulation of these tissues can help, you have to treat the root cause of the problem first and supplement these areas with strengthening and movement.

We’re evidence based practice, which means, we use science to address core issues. And there’s multiple ways to address a singular problem. Come ask us for more information if you’re interested!
