Most clients describe Sarga Bodywork as deeply relaxing, but also very effective.
It’s not sharp or forceful—it’s slow, steady pressure that allows the body to release tension gradually.
People often say they feel lighter, looser, and more mobile afterward… like their body finally lets go of holding patterns they didn’t even realize were there.
I’m currently offering these sessions as part of my certification training.

Why Barefoot Massage?
The answer is simple: the feet allow for a much broader surface area, which means I can deliver deeper pressure without it feeling sharp or uncomfortable.
It’s actually easier for the body to receive, because the pressure is more even and sustained.
It’s a completely different experience than hands or elbows.

I’m excited to share that I have successfully completed my Sarga Bodywork 101 training and am currently working toward my full certification!
Sarga Bodywork is a unique barefoot massage technique that uses smooth, controlled pressure from the therapist’s feet while utilizing a support strap for balance and precision. The broad surface of the feet allows for long, flowing strokes that can effectively release tension in muscles and fascia (connective tissue), improve mobility, and provide deep therapeutic work with less discomfort than traditional deep tissue massage.
