✨ 35 today! 🎂🎉🥳🥰

This year, I’m celebrating more than just my birthday — I’m celebrating strength, growth, and taking care of myself. 🤍

I’m about 10 lbs heavier than I was last year, but my measurements haven’t changed much. I’ve noticed more size in my thighs, glutes, and arms, and I’m proud of the strength I’ve built through consistent training. 💪🏼

A little reminder that progress isn’t always about the number on the scale.
