I used to think being quiet meant I wasn’t moving forward. These past few months taught me that God can do some of His deepest work when life gets still.

There’s been change, letting go, and a lot of learning to trust Him without knowing exactly what comes next. I needed space to live through it before I could find the words to share again.

If you’ve been in a quiet season too, I hope you know it hasn’t been wasted. You don’t have to rush to make sense of it or prove that something is happening. Give yourself room to hear God, heal, and become. 🤍

Extractions don’t have to feel like torture. 😅

The biggest mistake I see? Skipping proper skin prep.

Before I even think about extractions, the skin has to be properly cleansed, exfoliated, softened, and prepared. When the skin is prepped the right way, congestion releases much easier, which means less pressure, less trauma, and a more comfortable experience for the client.

Good extractions aren’t about force… they’re about technique and preparation.

Estheticians, remember: the prep work is just as important as the extraction itself.
