When I look at these pictures, I don’t just see a new salon. I see every single one of you who helped me get here.

To my clients—thank you. From the very bottom of my heart.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for supporting my little business, telling your friends about me, coming back appointment after appointment, and allowing me to do something I truly love.

But somewhere along the way, so many of you became much more than clients to me.

I’ve gotten to sit with you through some of the happiest moments of your lives, and I’ve sat with you through heartbreak. We’ve celebrated, laughed until we cried, vented, shared stories, talked about our families, and sometimes just sat together when life felt heavy. Those moments mean more to me than you will ever know.

You hold such a special place in my heart.

The truth is, The Pout Parlor would be nothing without you. Every appointment, every referral, every kind word and every bit of support has helped build this dream. I hope when you walk into this new salon, you know that a little piece of you is part of it too.

And especially over these past couple of weeks, I have felt your love more than ever. Thank you for every prayer, every text, every phone call and every person who checked on me during and after my surgery. I have read them, felt them and appreciated every single one. I am incredibly blessed to have the people I do in my corner.

I have about one more week to heal, and then the books will officially be back open—and I cannot think of a better way to come back than welcoming all of you into our beautiful new home. 🩷

I cannot wait for you to see it in person, sit in my chair again, catch up on everything I’ve missed, and start making memories inside these new walls.

A little update from me 💕

As of tomorrow, I’ll officially be taking a little leave as I head into surgery and focus on recovery.

I’m planning to be out for approximately 4 weeks, and while stepping away from my clients and my business isn’t easy, I know giving myself the proper time to heal is important.

I also want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. 🥹💗

To every single person who has booked with me, referred a friend, shared my posts, trusted me with your services, or simply continued to cheer me on—your support and loyalty mean more to me than you probably realize. Because of you, I get to do something I genuinely love.

I’ll miss seeing all of your beautiful faces, but don’t worry… I won’t be gone for long. 😉

First and foremost, I want to say how much I truly appreciate and love all of my clients. Your continued support of my small business means more to me than I can express, and I am incredibly grateful for every person who chooses and trusts The Pout Parlor for their services. 💗

I wanted to take a moment to clarify a policy regarding promotional services and remaining filler from previous appointments so that expectations are clear and consistent for everyone.

✨ Remaining Filler:
If you have filler remaining after your original appointment, it must be used within 30 days of that appointment. After 30 days, any remaining product will be considered expired/forfeited and will no longer be available for use.

✨ Promotions:
Any service or product received through a special promotion must be scheduled and redeemed within the timeframe provided. Promotions are not intended to remain open indefinitely.

✨ No-Shows & Cancellations:
If an appointment is scheduled to receive remaining filler or redeem a promotional service and the appointment is no-showed or canceled, the remaining filler or promotional service will be forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

As a small business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for that client. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave an appointment space that I often cannot refill, which results in lost time and income for my business.

These policies are not meant to be unkind or inconvenient. They are simply necessary to protect my time, my business, and to make sure that I can continue providing the best experience possible for all of my clients.

I completely understand that life happens, but I also have to maintain policies that are fair and consistent for everyone. 💕
