Sometimes you just need a weekend that reminds you what actually matters.

My toxic trait is thinking every family reunion is going to be “low-key.” 😂

Then somehow it’s too much food, games that get way more competitive and bonkers than they should, kids running wild, 14 conversations happening at once, inside jokes, and laughing so hard I can’t breathe.

These are the weekends that fill your cup in ways you don’t realize you needed.

Grateful for the memories, the chaos, and another year with the West crew. 🤍

I genuinely need to know if this is just a high performer thing… 😂

Because I can coach a team, solve business problems, map out a vision for the next five years…

…and then spend more energy avoiding one email than it would’ve taken to answer it.

The contradictions are honestly impressive.

I think that’s why we need to stop assuming successful people have it all together.

Most of us are just making decisions, figuring it out as we go, and occasionally forgetting why we walked into the kitchen.

Maybe being a high performer isn’t about having your life perfectly organized.

Maybe it’s about learning to laugh at the parts of yourself that make absolutely no sense.
