When I was School there was a strict rule that in order to perform a service you had to be willing to get said service done (there were loop holes) but to this day, 10 years later I still hold true to that rule and I try every product before offering it. I will be slowly rolling out peel options as my face can only take so much.
Today I am introducing a 20% Salicylic Cranberry Peel...and she is mean. The protocol comes with warnings "This Peel will be HOT" and boy she is SPICY and not for the week. I have Dry/ Normal skin and have texture on my forehead and nose. NOT NO MORE!
On a tingle scale of 1-5 it was a 9 for the first 4 minutes and then as it dried down it lessened up. The aftercare is like any other peel use a gentle cleanser morning and night, and follow up with moisturizer and SUN SCREEN which is non optional when getting peels as your skin is basically fresh out of the womb. With this peel expect light flaking for 3-4 days.
Pros:
Walk out difference meaning you will see/feel results immediately which is not always the case with peels.(Only touch once with clean hands to confirm)
Its a pretty pink color and SMELLS AMAZING
Cons:
Feels like it shouldn't be on your face, the burn is intense.
Might cause light flaking which is common when getting peel services.

Who is a candidate: This is a good option for those who have acne prone, oily skin, inflamed pustular skin. I would also offer is as a spot treatment for textured skin.

Who is NOT A CANIDATE: Aspirin allergies, Sun burned skin, pregnant or/breastfeeding, active skin infections, open wounds, and if you're currently using Accutane or topical retinoids.

Upgrading your facial to include a peel is a $30 upcharge UNLESS you are a Peach Squared Member, then the first peel in the monthly cycle is included with any additional peels done to you or your plus one is a $15 upcharge.

Facials are Nice

As Kim Kardashian says “You don’t have time for social media? don’t start a brand then.”

I’m 32 years old and I am not an influencer…but I do know a thing or two about esthetics. If I’m going to create content then it’s going to be in a authentic real talk kind of way. I hate seeing other estheticians bash their clients for not doing xy&z. Its like that saying “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink.” Well girl I’m still going to give you the water.

So why get a facial? The main reason is that it serves as a temporary reset. You will leave with your skin nourished. Whether your skin was lacking oil, water or both your skin should be noticeably replenished and bouncy. It will remain temporary unless YOU continue to give your skin what it needs.
Some people have great skin naturally and they don’t even have to try. For those people Its still REALLY nice to have facial. You just get to lay, listening to soft sounds and sudsy ASMR.
Facials are a transfer or energy just like massages are. You should never get a facial by someone who hates their job. Those people are the ones that just slap stuff on your face and send you on your way.
Here’s the science:
It has been proven that one person's heartbeat can register in another person's body during close contact or touch. I don’t really understand that one but I do know that I’ve tried to match breathing with people and it does nothing but make me hyperventilate.
Physical Touch activates the vagus nerve. This lowers stress and helps people feel safe together.
Skin-to-skin contact releases oxytocin. This chemical builds trust and deepens emotional bonds. Sounds like you’re going to fall in love with me if you ask me.
What I was taught in school is that emotions contain chemicals that release throughout the body causing discomfort, stress and tension. I was also taught that you should think of it as pushing relaxation into to your clients body and if Im content and relaxed that I can help eliminate these chemicals in your body. They also went in to saying that if your a negative Nancy that I will carry that with me until I schuck it right off.

I talked to chatgbt this morning to provide a better visual aide describing the membership. The Peach squared membership is $100 a month and includes a full service signature facial (which includes add ons) and then you can get 1) 50% off service AND unlimited 30% off services PLUS you can share any and all perks Even your facial (if you'd like to gift it) to 1 friend per Billing cycle.

so in this scenario Milo is already spending $170 a month on services and if she wanted to also get a facial she could sign up for the membership and end up just adding $37 a month instead of adding a whole $105 for a facial.
