World Heart Day hits a little different for me. ❤️

This tattoo is more than ink. It is a reminder of love, loss, and the people who stay with us long after they are gone.

Today I honor Shayla, and I am also reminded to be intentional about my own health, my own heart, and the time I have here.

It’s about the fact that you were here.
You lived. You loved. You laughed. You poured into people. And you left pieces of yourself behind that are still very much alive.
