**11Eleven Salon Cancellation Policy**

​At 11Eleven Salon we love what we do and value the time we get to spend with each of our clients. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside just for you. Because we are a small-town business operating by appointment, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our staff and other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
​We kindly ask that you review our policy below:
​1. 24-Hour Notice Required
​If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time slot to someone on our waiting list.
​2. Late Cancellations
​First Offense: We completely understand that life happens, emergencies pop up, and kids get sick. Your first late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) will be waived with a smile.
​Subsequent Late Cancellations: Any future cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
​3. No-Shows
​Skipping an appointment with no notice at all makes it impossible for us to fill the spot. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, and a deposit may be required to book future appointments.
​4. Late Arrivals
​We want to give you the full, relaxing experience you deserve! If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for our next client.
