🚨 IMPORTANT BUSINESS POLICY UPDATE 🚨

To all current and future customers,

Effective immediately, I will no longer begin working on any custom order without a deposit or full payment.

This applies to all products and services, including:

* Obituaries
* Memorial keepsakes
* Custom T-shirts
* Back-to-school attire
* Concert outfits
* Graduation items
* Headstones & grave markers
* Banners, buttons, and all other custom orders

Unfortunately, I have completed too many orders where the payment deadline passed and payment was never received. This has resulted in lost time, materials, and money for my business.

To protect my business and continue providing quality service, no design work, production, or ordering of materials will begin until a deposit or full payment has been received. This policy applies to everyone, with no exceptions.

I truly appreciate those who have always respected my time and supported my business by paying on time. Your understanding and continued support mean everything to me.

📢 Passion Empire – Important Business Policy Update

At Passion Empire, I take pride in operating with honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I value every customer and strive to provide quality products and exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, the following business policies are effective immediately.

Pricing & Payment Agreements

When we agree on a price and a payment deadline, that agreement is expected to be honored by both parties. If the agreed payment deadline passes without payment, the original quoted price is no longer guaranteed. Any future pricing will be subject to current rates and availability.

Design Approval & Print Authorization

Before any design is sent to print, the design must be reviewed, confirmed, and approved by the customer. Once approved, a Print Authorization/Service Agreement must be signed before production begins. This protects both the customer and Passion Empire by confirming that all design details, pricing, and order information are accurate before printing.

Payment Plans

Customers using a payment plan must pay their balance in full by the agreed-upon due date.

If payment is not received by the due date, the order will be placed on hold and a $50 holding fee will be added for each week the balance remains unpaid. This fee covers the time, scheduling, storage, and materials reserved for your order.

Out-of-State Orders

For all out-of-state orders:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped.
Once final payment has been received, your order will be shipped promptly, and tracking information will be provided.

Upon delivery, you will receive a checklist of all items included in your package. You will have 24 hours from the time of delivery to inspect your order and verify that all items have been received in good condition.

After the 24-hour inspection period has expired, the order will be considered accepted, and no claims for missing items will be honored.

For the protection of both Passion Empire and our customers, photos and documentation of every package and its contents will be taken before shipment.

Business Policy

These policies are in place to protect both my customers and my business while allowing me to continue providing high-quality products and dependable service. Just as major retailers enforce payment deadlines and business policies, Passion Empire must do the same.
