We actually semi-covered this yesterday after a swimming question came up, so I figured Malibu C Un-Do-Goo deserved its own spotlight. 🫧

This clarifying shampoo is basically a reset button for your hair when buildup starts taking over.

Think:
✨ Dry shampoo
✨ Hairspray + styling products
✨ Excess oils
✨ Product residue

If your hair feels heavy, dull, greasy faster than usual, or like your products just aren’t working the same, buildup could be the reason.

And since yesterday’s question was about swimming: clarifying can be helpful in your routine, but if you’re dealing with mineral or metal buildup from pool or hard water, that’s where a chelating treatment may be the better choice.

Pool days are fun… chlorine + mineral buildup? Not so much. 💦

If you’re spending time in the pool this summer, add a clarifying shampoo to your hair routine. It helps remove the buildup pool water can leave behind that can make your hair feel dry, dull, or even cause unwanted tones—especially in blondes. 👀
