Manual Lymphatic Drainage is one of the gentlest forms of bodywork I offer.

It uses light, rhythmic movements to support the lymphatic system just beneath the skin, helping the body with fluid retention, inflammation, immune function, and recovery from surgery, injury, or cancer treatment.

I'm trained in oncology massage and the clinical Vodder Method of manual lymphatic drainage, so I'm especially mindful of medically complex situations and tailor each session to what your body can safely receive.
