As always I forget to take before pictures, but she was all natural beforehand(0 color whatsoever) and we did a beautiful blonde and red transformation

I want to start getting real on here with everyone, to try and help you all understand what goes into a project like this. Yes she had virgin hair(never been colored) and this still was a 5+ hour transformation. Its not as easy as some may think. We arent just slapping bleach straight on the heed and color on the bottom. There is a lot of planning, strategy, and perfecting the perfect placement to try and avoid as much bleeding as possible.

The top was a full on platinum card while the bottom was just permanent color, and that takes time and planning. We were pulling foils before the head was completely foiled, keeping the blonde and red separate with a shower cap, and then comes the "worst" part for the client... rinsing in freezing 🥶 cold water to minimize the red bleeding into the blonde.

Will she have pink tips in the long run? More than likely yes(this was also discussed during the consult) Because it happens to all red and blonde colors. Red will continue to bleed onto the blonde no matter how cold you wash it, but the amount is minimized by washing in cold water every shampoo.

What a fun day! She said she wanted blue mermaid hair to go with her gorgeous silver, and thats what she got. Loved creating all the different ribbons of blue giving her an ocean of color.

Did a little grey blending to help start the her transition.
