In fact, most of my assistants hate it at first. Not because they don’t want to succeed…. But because putting your goals on paper means you have to be honest about what you actually want. I get it, sometimes it’s hard to dream big.

We set a target and reverse engineer every goal because working harder or adding more days isn’t a strategy.

It’s uncomfortable, challenging and if you take it serious… a little time consuming. But one day, they’ll look back and realize they’re living the goals they once thought were impossible. And can we all agree it’s so satisfying to cross out something on a list?

Growth and comfort cannot coexist.
