This class is not the answer to your all your issues but an introduction to building a growth mindset around textured hair. I believe practice makes better but also leads to a healthier relationship with what is God given…. This class is special, and my intention is to give all that I have in the time we are together! When I was younger I would have love to have me as mentor lol. I disliked my hair for years but I’m serving people the healed version of myself, to help unnecessary insecurities!

WEEK 2 ✂🏽 | MINDSET
After 13 years in this industry, I’ve learned that your mindset can make or break your experience as a professional.

This week, we focused on identifying the areas we consider “struggles.” I challenged the ladies to stop viewing those struggles as hindrances and begin seeing them as opportunities to build new strengths.

We acknowledged our weaknesses, renewed our thoughts around them, and went home with homework…not just to practice the technique on the mannequin, but to activate the renewed thought and replace the old one.
We’re meeting organically, growing together, and creating space for real development.

We all know the saying: “Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready.”
