Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist #14963 Ashley graduated from Massage Therapy school at Coastal Carolina Community College in 2015.

She is passionate about the maintenance of one's self and believes that Massage Therapy contributes to a person's overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. She works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines the slow rhythmic flow of Swedish, along with Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and gentle stretching, to provide a relaxing, yet effective massage.

Happy National Women’s History Month! 💗💪🏼✨

If you’ve ever had a massage from me, then you know I only use Rebel Massage products, Get a Grip, to be exact! Get A Grip is for work that values precision over speed. This base creates tackiness that helps you stay connected to tissue, making it easier to palpate, isolate structures, and move deliberately through deeper layers.

This month, I’ll be offering massage with the Ruth Butter Ginsburg! This butter combines the powers of Clary Sage, Black Cohosh, Red Clover and Dandelion Root to bring balance to the chaos that can accompany menstruation, menopause and pregnancy. Focusing on all things female, she is strong yet delicate, sweet yet earthy, and noble enough to stand by your side. She is fierce. And she just might be your next best friend. 💪🏼

People look at me some sort of way when I say I get a massage at least once a month — so let’s clear something up.

Massage is healthcare. Period.

It regulates the nervous system.
It lowers stress hormones.
It improves circulation and lymphatic flow.
It reduces chronic tension before it becomes chronic pain.
It supports sleep, digestion, hormones, posture, and mental clarity.

Most of what we’re walking around calling “normal” — tight shoulders, jaw pain, headaches, poor sleep, burnout — is a body that hasn’t been given a chance to release.

Touch is a biological need, not a luxury.
Maintenance is smarter than crisis care.
Prevention is still healthcare.

I don’t wait until my body is screaming to listen.
I don’t believe care has to hurt to count.
And I refuse to treat regulation like an indulgence.

Luxury is excess.
Massage is maintenance.

Treat yourself like someone you love — because that is healthcare.

I do not pay for or carry health insurance the way most people do. Massage is my assurance that my body can heal itself if I take care of her.

Get ahold of your local massage therapist and get ahold of your selfcare.

Massage therapists also take note that what you use on our skin, can multiply the benefits! Especially products like Mystical Mindset Medicinals
