A few days away reminded us that a strong team is built not only by working side by side, but by laughing, sharing stories, and creating memories together.

Now we're back, grateful, refreshed, and excited to welcome you back to Avanté. Thank you for always supporting our small business and the people behind it. 💙

What makes an A+ Team? 🤍

To us, it's more than just working hard.

It's about showing up for one another, taking ownership, communicating with kindness, and creating a workplace where we genuinely enjoy seeing each other every day. We believe that when a team is healthy, our guests feel the difference.

That's why our team will be away for our annual team-building retreat from July 6–9. During this time, we'll be recharging, strengthening our bond, and refreshing our space with positive energy.

We'll be back on July 10th, ready to welcome you with fresh hearts, new memories, and plenty of smiles.
We are still growing, still learning and continuing to educate ourselves so that we can always better serve You all !!
