You should never feel like u cant speak up about your nails. U should also never be smacked by the techs... most of these techs won't correct thier own children..they should never put thier hands on u. In an aggressive way. Or get mad bc u dont know what u want..the techs job is to make sure u leave happy. But its hard for us to do that..if u cant speak up.
