Meet Heidi ✨
Throughout the Inner Glow Retreat, guests will have the opportunity to receive a restorative shiatsu massage from Heidi Neace Boyers.
Shiatsu uses gentle, intentional pressure to help release tension, encourage energy flow and invite the body into a deeper state of relaxation. Heidi’s calming presence and intuitive touch will beautifully complement a day devoted to reconnecting with yourself.
Her mini shiatsu sessions are included with your retreat experience and will be available throughout the day. 🤲🏼

My Why 🖤
I’ve been thinking a lot about why I felt called to create the Inner Glow Retreat.
And the truth is, it’s because I know what these kinds of experiences can do.
The moments in this video are from retreats and experiences I’ve been lucky enough to be part of. Looking back at them, I’m reminded of the laughter, the vulnerability, the deep conversations, the unexpected friendships, the tears, the dancing, and those little moments where you suddenly realize, something inside me just shifted…
There’s something incredibly powerful about stepping away from your normal life and intentionally creating space to just be. 🙏🏼
No rushing.
No responsibilities.
No expectations.
Just connection, presence, and the opportunity to come back to yourself.
That is what I want Inner Glow to feel like.
Not another event you attend, but an experience you feel.
A day to breathe a little deeper.
To laugh a little louder.
To let your guard down.
To connect with other women.
To remember the parts of yourself that can get lost in the busy everyday life.
I’m not creating this because I have everything figured out.
I’m creating it because I’ve experienced the magic of these spaces myself, and I want to create one for other women and our community. 🤲🏼
A space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling a little more connected to yourself.

We are so honored to have Traci joining us for the Inner Glow Retreat. Traci is the owner of A Sacred Sanctuary in Ohio, a transformational breath work practitioner, and one who has deeply influenced my own journey. 🤲🏼
She’ll be guiding us through a powerful breathwork experience designed to help you connect with your body, release what you may be holding onto, and create space for whatever wants to move through you.
