This past Saturday, we had a beautiful afternoon in nature for LET’S MOVE WITH Q, our fourth I KNEW THEN: INTENTIONAL MEN experience. 🌿🙌🏽
Through stretching, movement, and a mindful walk through Morningside Park, we slowed down, got out of our heads and into our bodies, and experienced the power of simply paying attention to what our bodies were telling us.
A huge shout-out to my brother Q France for leading us with intention and reminding us that sometimes, something as simple as a good stretch can help us reconnect with ourselves.
Grateful for every man who showed up, moved, slowed down, and connected.
This is intentional brotherhood.
