After 5 months of changes, we returned with a body full of energy and strength.💪🏽

It’s been a hard year to love myself, love my body, and work on my mind. I have lost 50 lbs so far, and I believe those extra pounds were too heavy to lose.✨🪐

One year… one year of changes✨

A year ago…
•I had my second baby
•my hormones were all over
•my self love was not there

After receiving help from my therapist, family and doctor..
•life has been great
•active
•has lost 32lbs

I’m happy to announce that I’m finally under the 200lb, finally on the 100s!! 🎉

After 9 months of hard work managing my hormones, my appetite, measuring my food and working out, I could make it.
•
This is not the limit, my weight goal is be back to the 170’s or less or well having less fat and more muscle.
•
To clarify, I’m not skinny(yet) but my mental health is stable to see this changes 🫶🏼

It’s been 3 months of hard work, control and balance after having a baby.
✨Grateful with my mother, and family to support me, and help me to achieve my goal to be back as I was. This is a long journey but not impossible ✨✨

Woke up at 5:00 am, had shoulder time, and cardio, and was ready for a 3 day full of activities.

I’m happy with my progress, from a year ago (see the last pic); I’m happy with the woman I became-loved, happy and full of energy.
