A few low carb meals we had this week. Don’t restrict, just do everything in moderation. .good.beef has some bomb nuggets and tenders that make a good fake Zaxbys salad and hotdog buns make for great French toast bites.

We typically intermittent fast until 11/12, but today was hungry day 😂. So, I made a keto version for a sandwich we’ve got at a place called in Vegas. Whew. Delicious. 🥓 🍳

Garlic and herb air fryer pork chops and sautéed cabbage. These chips came seasoned in a pack of two at Kroger. I added a little more, but the flavor was really good!

Hey guys 👋🏾! I know our posting ain’t been consistent, but I promise you we’re still here and on track! There’s two reasons- reason 1: we eat the same thang all the time and y’all not tryna see that 😂 and 2: we’ve been doing a lot of filming lately! We’ll share more about our most recent project tomorrow :). But anyway- here’s my (Kesh) dinner- BBQ airfryer chicken drumsticks and garlic green beans.

Losing weight is hard. Losing it again is worser 😂. What’s also crazy is this time around the scale is moving mmmk?? But I don’t feel like I see a difference at all- it was opposite before. Anyway- I dug up the photo on the right from December and compared it to the pic I took last night. I can see it now 🥴. I get frustrated when I see how I let all that hard work from 2019-2021 get diminished, but then I also consider what I’ve been through since then, and am in a place where I’m giving myself grace and credit for what I’m doing now.

When you’re craving a burger…but a side of fries ain’t an option 😩

Taking a little detour from Keto content to brag on Ash! We went to her film’s third festival premiere in Mississippi! We had such an amazing, unforgettable time! She won Best Director and we couldn’t be more proud! So proud of you, !

We also came across a cute keto bakery while we were there (we’ll share that tomorrow), but other than that- keto was not in play 😂.

My mom asked me to send her some good keto options- so I figured it may be beneficial to share with you all too! These are the easiest things for keto- not requiring a big recipe and lots of ingredients. Hope this helps!

Have y’all tried these? They’re zero net carbs and I wanna try, but am wondering if they’re like shirataki noodles or should I say 💩ataki noodles lol. Let me know!

I stand by weight loss being mostly mental. Until you’re mentally tapped in- you won’t be successful. But let me tell y’all- when it clicks, it clicks! I have been saying no to things like it’s nothing. Had pizza at a meeting that I passed and then tonight at a celebration- I waved to the rolls and strawberry lemonade as I passed them 😂. This was my plate. Here’s to continuing to make better choices because you know you need to!
