new role, who’s this? but this time I’m an employee and I’m still wrapping my head around this fact.
I’m going from unorthodox schedules, heading to Fashion Week for work, having photoshoots in the street, hosting events to clocking in, having subordinates, and company culture. this is going to take some getting used to.

this year I was intentional about where and who I spent my time with. I knew the kind of energy I wanted to be surrounded by and the company I wanted to keep.
sometimes making that decisions were hard, but when it came to LACA, the decision was always easy. I love being a part of the club and at our legacy gala, it was so rewarding to receive that love back with the distinguished service award.
so let this post serve as notice to be intentional with where and who you spend your time with in 2026.…
