Hey, I’m Jen 💕 formerly known as Jen Slays, now stepping into a new era as Jen Crws.
I started my hair journey over 10 years ago, and in 2018 I launched this page with nothing but passion, vision, and love for my craft. What began as creativity quickly turned into purpose. Hair has always been more than just a service for me—it’s therapy, a safe space, and a way to silence the noise of the world for both myself and my clients.
Over the past 8 years on this platform, I’ve grown, evolved, and sharpened my skills not just behind the chair, but as a businesswoman. Turning 25 shifted something in me. The name Jen Slays represented who I was then, but Jen Crws represents who I am now… intentional, elevated, and rooted in legacy.

Today, I’m not only creating confidence through hair, I’m also educating the next generation of stylists on how to truly run the game, not just play it. From mastering the craft to building a brand, understanding business, and moving with purpose, I’m here to pour into those who are ready.
This is more than a rebrand.
This is growth.
This is alignment.
