I recently seen a post of a customer complaining about waiting for a hour and a half in the black owned nail salon…BUT it’s literally the same possibilities going to an Asian/ other traditional nail salon as well.
Nail techs…what’s your intake on walk ins? Personally, I feel if a client doesn’t want to wait to be serviced, making an appointment is a better fit. There is always a possibility of having to wait when doing walk ins…and even sometimes when making an appointment. Making an appointment stands a better chance of a certain time frame. HOWEVER, things do happen sometimes.
I’m a nail artist who takes my time & likes to make sure the nails & toes are right. Walk ins wouldn’t work for me. I don’t want to feel rushed. lol.. What are you guys thoughts on this? If you’re a person who gets their nails done..do you prefer to just do a walk in or make an appointment? Let’s talk about it‼️
