As an interior designer, I’m excited to introduce Personal Color Analysis as a new service. My SciART analysis takes place in a dedicated, neutral gray studio with full spectrum lighting and lasts about two hours. During our consultation at The Seasoned Gent, we’ll conduct a series of precise scientific tests to assess color harmony based on your natural coloring. This isn’t just about observing you in person or chatting about your favorite colors; I’ll be testing various hues, values, and chromas to find the seasonal tone that complements you best. We’ll compare different colors—think drapes of fabrics—against your features to determine your personal color tone. This method is rooted in the science of color and human vision, utilizing a 12-tone system that expands on the traditional 4-season approach. This helps us better serve the two-thirds of the population with neutral skin tones, who may not fall into the warm or cool categories. Personal Color Analysis blends art and science, aiming to harmonize creative expression with scientific methods. Together, we’ll uncover the unique colors in your skin, eyes, hair, and other features, revealing YOUR personal version of each color in the spectrum.
