Much money has been spent chasing health… jumping from one thing to another… and still not better.
In the last year I decided to put together handouts of recommendations to help my clients—some free and affordable.
Most tossed the handouts “somewhere.”
I can only give tools, you have to use them.

Many clients have shoulder issues. The question is what is causing it?
How many muscles do you see? Which ones are you NOT working? Which ones are you over working? That’s the answer.

Does too much sitting throw your alignment off? Ask Mr. Bones… he’s been sitting there since November-ish…
Still looks like he’s aligned still! So what’s the real issue? It’s your muscles.
