Relationship with Food
I fixed my relationship with food when I stopped chasing trends and started listening to my body. 🍕🥙🌮
No more skipping meals.
No more obsessing over calories.
No more forcing diets that didn’t fit my life.
I learned that my body already has a built-in calorie counter: hunger and fullness cues. Instead of eating until I was stuffed—or continuing just because the food tasted good—I started slowing down and stopping when I felt satisfied.

When it comes to protein powders, I always encourage my clients to look beyond the marketing and read the ingredient label.
Not all proteins are created equal.
✅ My top choices:
