Thank you to all of our Tallyn's Reach homeowners who have submitted proxies in advance of the upcoming Oct 29 annual meeting and budget ratification session.

If you have not yet sent in your proxy, and are not planning to attend in person, please do so ASAP. We have a long way to go to reach quorum. It is expensive to have to reschedule. As all costs are shared by homeowners in Tallyn's Reach, this will save YOU money.

Please plan to attend the Tallyn's Reach HOA meeting on Thursday, 10/29 at 6pm at the clubhouse. This is an important meeting because the 2027 budget is presented and ratified and we will vote on THREE new board positions.

If you cannot attend, please fill out your proxy form that came in the mail. You can send it along with a neighbor that is attending or you can email it to [email protected]

Neighbors, join us for our last scheduled summer event this Saturday, 8/8 for Yoga in the Park. Come to the clubhouse at 8am. Bring your mat and some water.

All ages and skill levels welcome.

Thank you Velvet Denim, 2 Salty Sarges, What Would Cheesus Do and Rebel Cookie Dough and Confections for a fun evening! We had perfect weather for a night out at the park with live music and delicious food trucks! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a fun event!

Mark your calendars for our next event on Saturday, 8/1 from 6pm-9pm to enjoy a live band and food trucks. Bring chairs or blankets and plan to stay for a while to enjoy the festivities. The band will be set up outside the clubhouse and the trucks will be in the clubhouse parking lot.

Plan to come to the clubhouse this Saturday morning (7/11) at 8am for Yoga in the Park. All ages and skill levels are welcome! Bring your mat, water and a neighbor. It's a great way to start off the day!

Join us tomorrow morning at 8am at the clubhouse for a pancake breakfast and bike parade. A great way to kick off your 4th of July!

Pancake service will start about 8:10am and will run until the last person in line is served. (Last year that was for about 2 hours.)

There will be a station set up for kids to decorate their bikes while people enjoy their pancakes.

Once the pancake line dies down, we'll get the kids lined up so they can ride their bikes through the park. Please NO motorized bikes, just the old fashioned kind that you power with your legs.
