This June, we're raising our voices for PTSD Awareness Month. PTSD can affect anyone; survivors of accidents, abuse, natural disasters, and more. Symptoms like flashbacks, emotional withdrawal, sleep disturbances, and persistent anxiety can make everyday life feel overwhelming.
You are not alone, and you are not without hope. According to NIMH, about 6% of Americans will experience PTSD in their lifetime, meaning millions of people know this struggle firsthand.
Healing looks different for everyone, and we are honored to be your partners in healing!

Healing isn't a straight path.
Some days you may feel strong, confident, and hopeful. Other days, old emotions resurface, and it can feel like you're right back where you started.
But healing isn't about never struggling again. It's about learning how to move through those difficult moments with greater awareness, self-compassion, and support.
A hard day doesn't erase the progress you've made. Growth often happens quietly in the moments when you choose to keep showing up for yourself, even when it's difficult.
Give yourself grace. Healing takes time. 💛

Many of us were never taught that our needs matter just as much as everyone else’s, and that’s not a character flaw. It’s something that can be unlearned.
Setting boundaries is a skill that can be learned and strengthened with practice.
