That your glutes are your biggest asset in life?!?!?

Without building a big strong muscular b***y… you’re bound to be sitting out the best years of your life!!

If your job has you sitting 80% of your day… your glute muscles are wasting away!! You need those… this is the most important time of your life to start preparing for your future!! Nobody ever wants to spend their retirement sick… but that’s exactly what this system that we live in is designed to do! Make us sick, weak, and die early!!

So change that narrative!! Build muscle to stay healthy, reduce inflammation, increase immune system, stay out of the doctors office and live a long happy strong life!!!

Perimenopausal women lose 1% muscle A YEAR… if they aren’t building it!! Those are crazy statistics! You know when you see someone using a walker or using a wheelchair in their 60s/70s… that’s because most of the time it’s simply weak glute/leg muscles!

How do you prevent your b***y from withering away?? Increase your protein, hit the gym 4-5x a week and lift heavy!!

What I’ve noticed since I balanced my hormones…

More motivation to get all the things done
More energy
Less bloating after meals
Better sleep at night
Increased libido
Stronger in the gym and more stamina for cardio too

If you’re not feeling 💯 90% of the time at this age… you might need a little help in the hormones area. This is something that every single woman goes through, it’s inevitable, there’s no reason to struggle and hate life through this era!!!

I’m in the era of let’s meet up for a green tea and talk about how we are going to navigate perimenopause and how much stronger we are going to come out on the other side!!

I’m back… and not only do I mean on IG… I mean in LIFE!!! For the last 4 yrs I’ve been dealing with the throws of perimenopause… and what a ride it’s been!

I lost myself while trying to navigate life… I was new to being a Cici, had a humbling bout of Guillain-Barré syndrome, then immediately thrown into perimenopause, hormones ALL OVER THE PLACE!! Dismissed by my ob/gyn, in a tough mindset of work harder not smarter, lost all self esteem, gained weight regardless of what I was doing, brain fog, fatigue, low libido, crazy cravings, and just not feeling myself at all!

Then I finally found the perfect combination of workouts, supplements, and life balance that now has me feeling like my 30yr old self in my 46yr old body!!!

Trust me… I know how you feel! And this is not the end of your best years… this is the beginning of your best years! So if you’re being dismissed by your doctor, feeling slightly off but can’t explain it exactly, if you have questions about this new era… let’s chat, Babe!

You don’t have to navigate this alone! It’s time we take our voice back and start living our best life… because let’s face it… we definitely aren’t getting any younger! But that doesn’t mean we can’t feel like we are!!

1. Increase your water daily… this keeps you hydrated, helps to detox, keeps muscles hydrated for lifting and longer cardio sessions
2. Start a nightly routine to wind down and get better sleep… this helps regular your circadian rhythm which helps regulate your hormones
3. Increase your protein to your goal body weight… this will help you build and maintain muscle, burns fat, and helps in recovery after tough workouts

Happy GBS anniversary to me!! 4 yrs ago I ended up in the hospital unable to walk unassisted… something I will never forget!!

What I also learned from this is to never ever take your body for granted… and that’s something I always thought I would never have a problem with… I was strong, I was tough, I was agile, I was 42 yrs old and in the best shape of my life… until I wasn’t!

Little did I know that this would start a complete journey UPHILL!! After I recovered to 90% from GBS, my hormones went freaking haywire!! And I’ve been on a struggle bus ever since… not by any of my actual cause… of my body… im human and it happens to all of us.

This is when I woke up and realized that if I didn’t take my own health into my hands and nurture it… that I’d never feel great again… so here I am… now 46 yrs old and still taking my health so seriously because I don’t want to live my life by what big medical and bi pharm@ says I should do!!

If you’re struggling with movement, hormones, mental blocks… then let’s talk… TRUST ME IVE BEEN THERE!! And you don’t have to do it alone! 🤍

Happiest of birthdays 🥳 to the man I am so glad was born!! My adventure partner (that I sometimes have to drag along) but end up having the best time… many firsts over the last few years but this year was the best so far… a total eclipse, your 1st Vegas trip, a 100 yr old’s birthday celebration, adding a 3rd grand-baby, and so much more!! I love adventuring LIFE with you… I hope your day is just as amazing as you ARE! I love you F-N-A!! 🫶🏽
