There were definitely some “spicy” moments 😂 Looking back, there are a few things I would’ve done differently, but for me, it was worth it.

These kind of things can feel awkward to talk about. I’m sharing all these because I would’ve wanted to hear someone else’s experience when I was looking for answers. ❤️

Even as a provider, I still had to advocate for myself.

I’m sharing this part of my mommy makeover journey because these conversations can feel uncomfortable, but feeling heard made such a difference for me.

If you’ve ever felt dismissed when talking about your body, you’re not alone. Your concerns deserve to be taken seriously. Keep asking questions and seeking answers.

Okay, but can we talk about last Saturday for a second? ❤️

I got to speak at the first-ever Global Summit for Aesthetic Medicine in Dallas, TX, and I'm still processing it.

Being able to share my knowledge with providers from all around the world, at the very first one of these? Huge honor! I spoke on Elevating the Aesthetic Consultation, and I walked away with a full notebook from the incredible people speaking alongside me.

Also, yes, I overthought my outfit for a solid week. Some things never change. 🤭
